With their 60s inspired pop-rock sound, which also takes in elements of folk, jazz, and Baroque, The Silver Snails have just about hit on the head the perfect combination. The latest single from ‘The 7 Melodies’ LP, ‘Beatrice Russo’, takes its inspiration from the beauty of nature in their home in Italy, and in turn, they want for their music to inspire, and indeed console, the world and its people especially in these current times of crisis.

The Silver Snails are an Italian rock band consisting of lead singer Lucas Ward and his wife Elisa Fantini. They’ve released their debut album The 7 Melodies, an LP consisting of eight songs that seeks to perfect the art of pop rock. Today we’re premiering the lyric video for one of the highlights of the album, a track called “Temple Princess.”

Based in Romagna, Italy, indie-pop outfit The Silver Snails introduce their latest music video, “Beatrice Russo,” a track from their album The 7 Melodies.

The Eugene Register Guard sat down with the Silver Snails in the midst of their Pilot Light Tour to discuss the band’s origins & inspirations for their song “Ave Maria a Zio Virgilio”.
